I only use top-quality vinyl with a commercial-grade heat press machine. This allows even pressure and heat distribution, ensuring long-lasting designs that will not peel. Please check my "shop message" for current processing times. When your package is shipped, please allow 3-7 days for delivery in the US and additional time for international orders. I ship USPS first class with tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to your email on file and can also be found in your "purchased" items on Etsy.

In most cases, I work with customers getting items RUSHED and shipped, however, I can NOT guarantee a specific delivery date once a package is in USPS hands and can not refund your money if you do not receive it in time for YOUR event (if I rushed your order). Note: I do make exceptions for packages lost in transit or packages that did not arrive before a holiday in which you ordered by MY deadline.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- We are so pleased to have so many customers internationally! There are a few things to keep in mind for international customers. I WILL NOT be responsible for fees (custom fees, tariffs, VAT's, ect.) that may be imposed on you due to YOUR country's rules and regulations. You (the customer) are responsible for covering these additional fees, if they are applicable. Any package that is turned away due to not accepting these "fees", will be returned to me and it can take up to 2-3 months for me to receive. Due to the nature of most of my products, I will not be able to issue a refund if your item was personalized (such as a name).
**I can not mark your item as a "gift" to avoid these fees**
**I am sorry, I can not offer shipping to any country where importing clothing is prohibited.

RETURNS: I do not accept returns due to the nature of the product.
EXCHANGES: I accept exchanges. Please read the following for detailed information and restrictions regarding exchanges.
Because I know sometimes babies are bigger or smaller then expected, I will gladly accept size-exchanges on UNpersonalized items WITHIN 15 days of an UNWORN item.
Please message me for the return address. BUYER is responsible for postage charges (returning the item to us); however, About a Sprout will cover the return postage back to you (with your new item).
In the event that a mistake was made BY ME, I will reship the item quickly. If prompt reshipment can not happen, then I will refund your order.
Packages not arrived on time: Many of my items are time-sensitive and need to be received before a specific holiday. If you have ordered an item by MY order-deadline for a specific holiday, and your item is not received in time for the holiday, I will refund your item.
**I DO NOT "Guarantee" on-time deliveries for YOUR events. PLEASE check with me FIRST if you have an event that is 1-2 weeks out. I work quick and can even accommodate, however, USPS has total control of your package once shipped....and I will not refund your money if you do not receive it in time of YOUR deadline.**

My shop's heat-pressed vinyl products are PROFESSIONALLY heat pressed with a commercial heat press. These are not iron-on designs and they should not peel off.
Bodysuits can be washed and dried normally UNLESS you have a sewn-on bow attached (for example: on a turkey's head). In that case, please turn inside out.
TUTUS should NOT be washed in a machine.
Legwarmers should be washed by hand and laid flat to dry to reduce shrinking.

Q: What brand of bodysuits and shirts do you use?
A: All of our white bodysuits are Carter's brand. Our toddler shirts, adult shirts and bodysuits (other than white) are all different manufacturers. Depending on availability and time of year, we may use a different manufacturer, so please contact us if you are needing to know details.
Q: How long until I receive my order?
A: Our current processing time changes depending on the time of year. It is always noted on our homepage. Please note: we are a made-to-order shop. All of our items are personalized. Therefore, we need days for the "making process". Typically, we are at a 3-6 day processing time. Then, additional time for shipping. HOWEVER, I can (in many cases) accommodate rush orders. Please message us if you're in a time crunch.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please see above for processing time. As far as shipping, domestic orders typically deliver within 3-7 days of your shipping notification. We ship First Class with tracking, from TEXAS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS vary in time depending on the customs process in your specific country. We've had international orders deliver within 1 week, and we've had international orders take a month and a half when security was high. Please try and account for worse case scenario for international orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are so honored to have customers in 180 countries! International customers, please read the following: If applicable, PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOM FEES (fees that are above and beyond standard shipping charges such as custom fees, tariffs, VAT's that may need to be paid at delivery). I do NOT pay these charges nor will I refund a personalized order if you reject these charges. The customer is responsible for educating themselves about their own country's regulations. Q: Why can't you make team logos and Disney items when other shops are?
A: It is illegal to copy any logo, character, etc. and sell them as my own. I do understand that many people sell Disney items with great success, but unfortunately, it is only because they might be unaware of copyright laws and haven't been caught yet. I get requests daily for Disney shirts, and I do apologize for the inconvenience.....but I am unable to accommodate these requests (along with ANY character or sports team logos). We hate turning down work, but thank you all very much for your understanding and support.
